Jess grew up as a military kid, which gave her the chance to play soccer across the U.S. and even for a short time in Belgium. Like many young girls in 1999, her love for the game took off after watching the USWNT win the World Cup. She has over 14 years of playing experience and still enjoys joining local pickup games for fun.
Off the field, Jess is a Recreation Therapist at the Durham VA. She works with Veterans to help them reconnect with healthy activities, including adaptive sports like soccer. Her work combines physical and mental wellness, supported by strong connections in the local community.
At Crestline FC, Jess helps lead our community outreach efforts and acts as a bridge between families and club leadership. She’s here to support clear communication, making sure parents feel heard and involved as we work to build a strong performance environment for our players.
When she’s not working or helping with Crestline FC, you’ll find Jess hiking, kayaking, running, or traveling. She’s usually got a coffee in hand and her pup, Scout, tagging along for the adventure.
