Erdi Engin

Erdi Engin began his soccer journey at the age of 8, playing for the prestigious Beşiktaş JK Academy in Istanbul, Turkey. Known for producing some of the top talents in the game, the academy was where Erdi first learned the values of hard work, discipline, and continuous improvement. By the age of 15, he signed his first professional contract, starting a 12-year playing career that shaped his identity both on and off the field.

After retiring as a player, Erdi transitioned seamlessly into coaching. He earned his USSF A License and is currently pursuing his UEFA B License through the German Football Federation. Erdi’s coaching experience includes working with a Division 1 college team and leading top-level youth teams. His leadership has guided players to success in state, regional, and national competitions. Combining modern tools and strategies with a deep understanding of player development, Erdi focuses on creating a high performance environment to help players achieve their full potential. He is equally dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships with his players, ensuring their growth both on and off the pitch.

As the Co-Founder of Crestline FC, Erdi envisions creating a club that earns national recognition by competing at the highest levels of soccer. Beyond the pursuit of trophies, Crestline FC is a place where players, coaches, and fans unite to represent shared values, build a strong identity, and grow together while inspiring others along the way.
