Regardless of their skill level, each player receives an Individual Development Plan co-created by the player and their coaches. Alongside the year-round programs, players can also receive small group sessions, 1-on-1 training and mentorship support.
High Quality Coaching
Our coaching staff, led by USSF A and UEFA A licensed coaches delivers a high-performance training environment focused on long-term growth. We care about our coaches’ development and invest in their eduction, reimbursing their expenses for USSF courses.
Effective Technology
We are using cutting-edge technology to support our development programs, maximize player performance and provide meaningful feedback to our teams and individual players. Our partnership with Connect App offers players, parents and coaches access to video analysis, performance data, mentorship and nutrition guidance.
Custom Designed Apparel
We are working with a professional soccer apparel team to custom design our full home and away kits that reflect the Crestline FC vision and experience. These will be unique to us, delivering the quality in comfort and style reflective of Crestline FC.
Tuition Rewards & College Recruitment
Our commitment to the game goes beyond the soccer field. Our partnership with ACES NATION guarantees Tuition Rewards for all players, offering discounts at over 450 colleges nationwide, making higher education more accessible. For players interested in playing at a collegiate level, it will also provide college recruitment resources.
Future Planning
We are dedicated to helping players take the next step in their careers. Over the summer, we are expanding into SoCal where we will affiliate with an MLS Next Pro and WPSL Pro club–soon to be announced. Through this expansion, our players will have a direct access to scouting, training and professional opportunities.
